We’re Raleigh’s original, full-scale, dedicated head spa. We started in 2024 in a single suite off Lake Boone Trail — enough to prove the experience was unlike anything else in Raleigh, not enough to deliver it the way it deserved.

So in December 2025 we built it properly. Every detail engineered around a single outcome — you, finally switched off.

You’ll smell it before you sit down. A floor-to-ceiling Himalayan salt wall. Moss walls. Essential oils already in the air. Warm fruit tea waiting. Meditation music that starts working on you before the treatment does.

None of it is decoration.

Every detail exists to tell your nervous system the same thing — you can let go now. You don’t have to manage this. You don’t have to be on. You’re allowed to shut it all off.

Then the treatment starts.

Warm water. Gua sha. Acupressure. Steam. Japanese-inspired techniques that work through tension most treatments completely miss — your scalp, your neck, the base of your skull. Private room. No interruptions. Nothing required of you except to be still.

You’ll walk out and realize you’d forgotten what it felt like to not be carrying anything.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I park?

Free parking directly in front of the building. The office complex has an open lot — you’ll find a spot easily. Suite 109 is clearly marked once you’re inside.

Should I wash my hair before my appointment?

No need. Arrive with reasonably clean hair — your natural oils actually support the treatment. Brush out any tangles and skip heavy styling products. That’s it.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes with a loose neckline. Avoid turtlenecks, heavy collars, or hair clips. Minimal makeup is a good idea — steam and warm water are part of the process.

What’s the difference between Recharge and Signature?

Recharge is 60 minutes — scalp detox, warm water massage, gua sha, acupressure, and steam. Signature is 90 minutes and adds before-and-after scalp analysis, extended massage time, Hair Play, high-frequency therapy if called for, and a personalized plan. Can I get a treatment if I have dreadlocks or hair extensions?

Unfortunately no — our warm water techniques and scalp manipulation require direct access to the scalp and natural hair. If you’re unsure about your hair type, reach out before booking. We’re happy to help figure it out.

Will I leave with wet hair?

Both treatments include styling product applied during the session.

Recharge: Hair is rough dried before you leave — not dripping wet, but not fully dried or styled. Come expecting damp hair.

Signature: Hair is blow dried to its natural state while you’re still lying down as part of the Hair Play prep — not styled or finished, just returned to its natural shape.

Most guests plan accordingly. Some air dry the rest of the way.

Can I come if I’m pregnant?

Yes. We use natural hair products throughout all treatments. As with any service during pregnancy, we recommend checking with your doctor if you have any concerns before booking.

Do you accommodate group bookings?

Yes — we love hosting team outings and private gatherings. Treatment rooms are private so every guest gets the full experience. Contact us ahead of time to confirm availability and coordinate scheduling.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No — all visits are by appointment only. Weekend slots fill quickly. Book online anytime.
